Our online store allows customers to browse available lots, view pricing, and initiate purchases through our interactive lot selection system.

This website is intended for individuals and families seeking memorial park services. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form or order
  • Attempt to access restricted areas of the site or interfere with its operation

3. Lot Availability

All lot availability displayed on our interactive map and product listings reflects our current inventory to the best of our ability. However, availability is subject to change without notice due to ongoing sales and reservations. Displaying a lot as "Available" does not constitute a reservation or guarantee of availability until a purchase transaction is fully completed and confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if a selected lot has been sold prior to your payment being fully processed, and we will notify you promptly in such cases.

4. Pricing

All prices listed on this website are in Philippine Pesos (₱) unless otherwise stated. Prices shown include the base lot price and may vary depending on the payment option selected (e.g., spot cash, installment terms). We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your purchase is the price confirmed at the time your order is placed.

Spot Cash vs. Installment: Pricing may differ between spot cash and installment payment options. The total amount payable under an installment plan will be higher than the spot cash price due to the extended payment terms. Please review your chosen payment plan carefully before completing your purchase.

5. Payment Terms

We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method. For installment plans:

  • A down payment is required to secure your selected lot, as specified in the product listing
  • Monthly installments are due on the agreed schedule as set forth in your purchase contract
  • Failure to make timely payments may result in penalties or cancellation of your reservation, subject to the terms of your executed purchase agreement

Full ownership and related documentation (e.g., Deed of Sale, Memorial Lot Certificate) are issued only upon completion of all payments.

6. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via the email address provided at checkout. This confirmation is an acknowledgment that we have received your order and does not constitute acceptance or guarantee of the transaction. We will contact you separately to finalize your purchase agreement and coordinate documentation.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Given the nature of memorial lot purchases, the following policy applies:

  • Cancellation before contract execution: Orders cancelled before a formal purchase agreement is signed and countersigned may be eligible for a full refund of any amounts paid, less any applicable processing fees.
  • Cancellation after contract execution: Once a purchase agreement has been signed, cancellations are subject to the terms stipulated in that contract, which may include forfeiture of a portion of payments made.
  • Lot transfers: Transfer of a lot to another party is subject to our transfer policies and applicable fees. Please contact us for details.

8. Documentation and Titles

Legal documentation, including Deeds of Sale and Memorial Lot Certificates, will be prepared and issued upon full payment of the purchase price and all applicable fees. The Park retains ownership records and reserves the right to require proof of identity for all documentation requests.

9. Use of Memorial Lots

The purchase of a memorial lot grants the buyer the right of interment in accordance with the rules and regulations of St. Martin De Porres Memorial Park. This does not constitute ownership of the land itself but confers a perpetual right of use for memorial purposes as defined in your purchase agreement and our park regulations. Rules governing the use of lots — including interment procedures, monument specifications, and visitation — are provided separately and form part of your overall agreement with the Park.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, the interactive lot map, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of St. Martin De Porres Memorial Park or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of lot availability, pricing, and other information, we do not warrant that all content is error-free or current at all times. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, St. Martin De Porres Memorial Park shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or any transaction conducted through it. Our total liability for any claim arising in connection with your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant lot.
